Hengeler Mueller advises J.P. Morgan on financing of planned acquisition of Qualtrics by SAP

SAP SE and Qualtrics International Inc. announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which SAP acquires Qualtrics, a global pioneer in experience management. Under the terms of the agreement, SAP will acquire all outstanding shares of Qualtrics for US$8 billion in cash. SAP is financing the acquisition through a syndicated loan arranged and underwritten by J.P. Morgan.
