Hengeler Mueller advises GEG on acquisition of Eurotheum from Commerz Real

GEG German Estate Group has acquired the Frankfurt office building „Eurotheum“ for its institutional business unit from Commerz Real. The total investment volume amounts to approx. EUR 250m. The 110m office tower with around 23,000 sqm of rental space is located in the centre of the banking district and is fully let.

Hengeler Mueller advised GEG German Estate Group on the transaction. The team included partners Daniel Kress (Real Estate, Berlin), Christian Schmies (Asset Management, Frankfurt) and Jan D.
