Hengeler Mueller advises J.P. Morgan Asset Management and LGT Capital Partners on joint acquisition of office portfolio

A fund managed by J.P. Morgan Asset Management (“J.P. Morgan”) and a fund advised by LGT Capital Partners AG have jointly acquired a portfolio consisting of four office properties in the greater Munich area (2 properties), Cologne and Düsseldorf. The acquired properties with a total space of around 100,000 square metres were built between 2000 and 2003 and are almost fully leased.

Hengeler Mueller advised J.P. Morgan on this joint venture and both partners on the acquisition and on the financing. The Hengeler Mueller team was led by partner Daniel Kress (Real Estate/M&A, London) and included partner Jan D. Bonhage (Public Law, Berlin) as well as associates Konrad Rotthege, Maximilian Spindler (both Real Estate/M&A, London), Jochen Schnepper (Financing, Frankfurt) and Simone Terbrack (Public Law, Berlin).
