Hengeler Mueller advises Blackstone on sale of Sumatrakontor in Hamburg

Hengeler Mueller provided comprehensive legal advice to real estate funds managed by Blackstone (“Blackstone”) on the sale of the Sumatrakontor building located in Hamburg’s HafenCity district. Purchaser of the mixed-use property is Real I.S., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayerische Landesbank (BayernLB).
