Hengeler Mueller advises bank syndicate on refinancing of Schaeffler

Schaeffler AG, a global automotive and industrial supplier, has concluded a new loan agreement of EUR 250m with a bank syndicate comprising Bayerische Landesbank, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank AG, ING Bank, Mizuho Bank, Ltd., The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. and Unicredit Bank AG.

Hengeler Mueller advised the financing banks on this transaction. The Hengeler Mueller team was led by partner Johannes Tieves and included associates Christopher Ghabel and Andreas Lischka (all Financing, Frankfurt).
