Hengeler Mueller advises Cinven on sale of SLV to Ardian

Cinven, a leading European private equity firm, announced the sale of SLV Group ("SLV") by funds advised by Cinven. The buyers are private equity funds advised by Ardian, a private equity firm based in Paris. SLV was founded in 1979 and is a German-headquartered provider of residential and technical lighting.

Hengeler Mueller advised Cinven on the transaction.
