Moghisa is an associate at the HM Legal Tech Center as well as in the field of litigation. In addition to her legal work on client matters, she also serves as the interface between litigation and the Legal Tech Center. In this role, she advises litigation teams in all project phases on the development and implementation of technology-supported work processes.

Her focus is on supporting digitalization projects in the area of dispute resolution—from initial exploration and tool selection to rollout. She provides particular support in structuring complex matters and implementing technology-driven processes in mass proceedings.

Through her work at the intersection of law and technology, she combines legal expertise with a deep understanding of the technical and operational requirements in contentious proceedings.
