Katharina advises national and international corporate clients in all collective and individual employment law matters.

She has particular expertise in the employment related aspects of M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations, especially with regard to cross border matters.

She also regularly assists clients in corporate co-determination matters, in particular with respect to the election process of employee representatives in the supervisory board.
