Daniel advises clients on antitrust and merger control cases. His focus is on M&A-related merger control matters. He represents clients before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office as well as before the European and German courts.

His practice covers abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, compliance trainings/audits, follow-on damage claims litigation and aspects of the day-to day business.
