In addition, Albrecht has developed an outstanding copyright litigation practice – having represented clients in landmark proceedings before German and European courts on questions of liability of service providers and platforms.

Another focus have been proceedings with collecting societies on questions of equitable remuneration, rate setting and other terms of use.
