Dennis advises corporates and investors in all fields of capital markets law and corporate law.
In particular, he is advising companies and bank syndicates in a wide variety of equity capital markets transactions. This covers IPOs (including multiple track transactions), capital increases requiring a prospectus and private placements with admission to trading on a stock exchange, but also issuances of high yield bonds.
He also has a particular focus on the preparation of shareholders' meetings, capital and other structural measures as well as matters relating to groups of companies.
