Hengeler Mueller advises IRE Beteiligungs GmbH on restructuring of ALNO AG

ALNO AG, a leading German kitchen manufacturer, is implementing a comprehensive financing and capital concept. The concept includes, inter alia, a capital decrease and a subsequent capital increase, which is fully guaranteed by existing shareholder IRE Beteiligungs GmbH.

Hengeler Mueller advises IRE Beteiligungs GmbH and its sole shareholder Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH, both subsidiaries of Whirlpool Corp., Benton Harbour, Michigan.
