Hengeler Mueller advises GAGFAH on Refinancing of Gagfah

Hengeler Mueller advised several entities of the GAGFAH-Group on the refinancing of a securitized residential real estate loan (German Residential Funding – GRF). The new loan, arranged by Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, has a term of 5 years und a volume of approximately EUR 2 bn and was granted by the securitization vehicle German Residential Funding 2013-1 which refinances on the capital market. Hengeler Mueller advised GAGFAH-Group on the structuring of the transaction, Due Diligence and contract negotiations.
