Hengeler Mueller advises Deutsche Telekom AG on sale of 70% of Scout24 to Hellman & Friedman

Deutsche Telekom AG announced the signing of an agreement to sell a 70% stake in Scout24 Holding GmbH to Hellman & Friedman. Deutsche Telekom will retain a 30% stake in the Scout24 group.
