Hengeler Mueller advises DZ Bank on EUR 250m senior non-preferred green bond

DZ BANK AG has issued another green bond with a volume of EUR 250m. The 7-year senior non-preferred bond is part of the ongoing debt issuance program. The green bond is based on the ICMA Green Bond Principles and will have a primary focus on onshore wind energy production located in the US and Canada.

Hengeler Mueller partner Hendrik Haag (Capital Markets, Frankfurt) advised DZ BANK on the transaction. Haag had already advised the bank on its EUR 250m debut green bond in 2018.
