Hengeler Mueller advises Waterland on acquisition of infoWAN

Waterland Private Equity ("Waterland") has agreed to acquire Garching based Microsoft cloud solution provider infoWAN Datenkommunikation GmbH ("infoWAN"). The company will become part of Waterland's new cloud platform, which was recently formed by the merger of Beck et al., binary and direkt gruppe. infoWAN's main shareholder and current managing director Lars Riehn will reinvest in the joint group and remain with the cloud platform in the future. With the new platform, which now comprises four cloud players, Waterland addresses the high-growth market for cloud consulting and managed cloud service solutions.

Hengeler Mueller advised Waterland on the transaction.
