Hengeler Mueller advises ista on new EUR 1.85bn credit facility

ista group ("ista"), a leading provider of energy management services, including the metering and the consumption-based settlement of water, heat, gas, electricity and cooling, has signed a new syndicated loan facility with an international bank syndicate in the amount of EUR 1.85 billion. The rate of interest payable is linked to the achievement of certain sustainability targets. Bookrunning mandated lead arrangers were China Construction Bank (Europe), Commerzbank, ING Bank, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and UniCredit Bank.
