Hengeler Mueller advises Waterland on merger of Swyx and Voiceworks as well as on acquisition of Centile

Swyx Group, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity (“Waterland”), is merging with the Dutch Within Reach Group, the holding and parent company of Voiceworks, thereby creating the European market leader for innovative communications services. At the same time, the new group of companies is acquiring the French Centile Telecom Applications SAS.

Hengeler Mueller is advising Waterland on the transaction in an integrated team with Dutch Best Friends law firm DeBrauw Blackstone Westbroek.
