Hengeler Mueller advises Uponor on sale of Zent-Frenger to Swegon group

Finnish Uponor group sells all shares in Zent-Frenger GmbH to Swedish Swegon group. Both companies have signed a share purchase agreement to that effect. The acquisition is subject to approval by antitrust authorities. Closing is expected during October 2018.

Hengeler Mueller advised Uponor comprehensively on the transaction. The team included partners Joachim Rosengarten (M&A) and Martin Klein (Tax) as well as counsel Susan Kempe-Müller (IP/IT) and associates Till Wansleben (M&A) and Sebastian Heinrichs (Tax) (all Frankfurt).

Hengeler Mueller regularly advises Uponor on transactions and has already been involved in the acquisition of Zent-Frenger in 2012.
