Hengeler Mueller advises bank syndicate on refinancing of Merck

Merck KGaA has announced that it entered into a new EUR 2 bn syndicated credit line with a consortium of international banks.

Hengeler Mueller advised the financing banks on this transaction. The Hengeler Mueller team was led by partner Johannes Tieves and included associate Henning Hilke (both Financing, Frankfurt).
