Hengeler Mueller advises shyftplan on financing round

Berlin startup shyftplan has raised EUR 3 m as part of a Series A financing round. The investors include Unternehmertum Venture Capital (UVC), Senovo, Coparion as well as Kizoo, who were already part of the previous investment round. The new capital shall primarily finance the development of the product, the marketing and internationalization.
shyftplan provides IT solutions for employee management and communication and is already used by customers in 16 countries with over 100.000 users and over 55 m planned hours.
