Philipp advises clients on antitrust and merger control cases. His focus is on M&A-related merger control matters. He has a significant track record working on multi-jurisdictional merger cases.

He represents clients before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office as well as before the European and German courts.

His practice covers abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, compliance training/audits, State aid and public procurement law, follow-on damage claims litigation and aspects of the day-to-day business.

He practices in German and English, also speaks French.
