Hengeler Mueller advises HDI on placement of Talanx shares by means of accelerated bookbuilding

HDI Haftpflichtverband der Deutschen Industrie V.a.G. has reduced its holding in Talanx Aktiengesellschaft to approximately 79% with a placement of shares at a volume of approximately EUR 190 m. The transaction was accomplished by means of an international private placement with institutional investors via an accelerated bookbuilding procedure. Deutsche Bank and Berenberg acted as bookrunners for HDI.
