Hengeler Mueller advises GEA on sale of plant engineering company to Lurgi

GEA Group AG is selling Lurgi Group to Air Liquide S.A. Lurgi is one of the leading plant engineering companies worldwide. The purchase price is based on an equity value of approx. EUR 550 million. The transaction is subject to approval of antitrust authorities.
