Hengeler Mueller advises ARRI Co-Founder on sale of his share

Robert Arnold, the son of one of the co-founders of ARRI AG, is selling his 50% share in the company to Stahl Beteiligungs-GmbH, which is owned by the grandchildren of co-founder Robert Richter, the Stahl / Richter family.
ARRI AG is the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of motion picture cameras, digital intermediate (DI) systems and lighting equipment. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has recognised ARRI’s engineers and their technical contributions with 18 Scientific and Engineering Awards.
