Hengeler Mueller advises Fusheng Industrial on acquisition of ALMiG

Fusheng Industrial Co. Ltd. acquires the German compressor manufacturer ALMiG Kompressoren GmbH. With this acquisition Fusheng significantly strengthens its position in the market of industrial compressor production. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Fusheng Industrial Co. Ltd. is the leading manufacturer of industrial compressors in Greater China, with production facilities in China, Taiwan, Vietnam and the United States, and sales and service operations around the world. It is owned by the Lee Family and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management L.P.
