Hengeler Mueller advises Madaus Family on sale

Droege International Group AG and members of the Madaus family have signed an agreement on the sale of Madaus Group’s pharmaceutical division to Italy’s globally active pharmaceutical company Rottapharm Group. The remaining shares still held by members of the Madaus family are part of the sale to Rottapharm.

Hengeler Mueller advised the Madaus family members on this transaction. Advice was provided by partner Bernd Wirbel and associate Christian Schwandtner.
