Hengeler Mueller advises Lender in connection with credit extension

As announced in its ad hoc notification of 29 July 2010 by Conergy AG (Hamburg), Conergy AG and its financing banks have in principle agreed on an extension of its senior facilities.

Hengeler Mueller had continued to advise Commerzbank as agent and consortium leader, having advised Commerzbank from the earliest stages of the original loan agreement. In addition, the consortium banks were advised by Linklaters (Kolja von Bismark).

The agent and consortium leader were advised by Hengeler Mueller partner Heinrich Knepper (lead partner) together with associates Daniela Böning, Dr. Nikolai Warneke and Markus Böhler (all Banking and Finance, Frankfurt).
