Hengeler Mueller advises banks on refinancing of Symrise

Symrise, a global supplier of fragrances and flavourings, has concluded its comprehensive refinancing concept. The refinancing includes the issue of their first bond, raising EUR 300 m, and a EUR 300 m revolving credit facility, in addition to the private placement of a long-term loan.

Hengeler Mueller was counsel to the underwriters of the bond and advised the bank syndicate in establishing the new credit facility.
