Hengeler Mueller advises Teleperformance on acquisition of twenty4help

Teleperformance SA, one of the world’s leading providers of outsourced CRM and contact centre services, has signed a share purchase agreement with United Internet AG on the acquisition of all shares in twenty4help Knowledge Service AG, an international provider of technical support and help desk services with worldwide more than 2,000 employees.

Hengeler Mueller advised Teleperformance SA. Advice was provided by partners Oleg de Lousanoff (Corporate/M&A), Ernst-Thomas Kraft (Tax) and Horst Satzky (Competition) in addition to associates Vanessa Wettner, Maximilian Findeisen, Julia Weidner, Christian Hoefs, Stefan Mayer and Christian Sellmann.

In this transaction, Hengeler Mueller has co-ordinated as lead counsel an integrated team, inter alia with Slaughter and May (UK), Bonelli Erede Pappalardo (Italy), Uría Menéndez (Spain) and Mannheimer Swartling (Sweden), covering more than 10 jurisdictions.
