Hengeler Mueller advises Tele Columbus on IPO

Tele Columbus AG (Tele Columbus) successfully completed its IPO with the initial listing of its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 23 January 2015. The total issue volume was EUR 510 m.

With around 1.7 million connected households, Tele Columbus Group is one of Germany’s largest cable network operators with core presence in Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia as well as in numerous key regions in western Germany.

Hengeler Mueller comprehensively advised Tele Columbus on the IPO including all related corporate law issues and the complete refinancing in connection with the IPO.
