Hengeler Mueller advises Shiloh Industries on acquisition of Finnveden Metal Structures AB, Gothenburg, Sweden

Shiloh Industries, Inc., a global supplier of lightweighting, noise and vibration solutions, has signed a definitive agreement with FinnvedenBulten AB to acquire 100% of the shares of Finnveden Metal Structures AB (FMS), Gothenburg, Sweden. The acquisition, valued at SEK 372.3 m (approximately USD 56.6 m), is expected to close at the end of June.

FMS manufactures products and components made of steel, aluminium and magnesium for the automotive sector and general industry. FMS generates nearly USD 180 m in annual sales revenue and has approximately 800 employees.

Hengeler Mueller is advising Shiloh Industries as lead counsel on the transaction in an integrated team together with the law firms Vinge in Sweden and SPCG in Poland.
