Hengeler Mueller advises Robert Bosch on proposed acquisition of majority stake in ersol

Robert Bosch GmbH, a leading global supplier of technology and services, has signed agreements with the financial investor Ventizz on the acquisition of a 50.45% stake in ersol Solar Energy AG, a photovoltaics company. The purchase price amounts to € 546.4 million. Subsequently, Robert Bosch GmbH intends to make a public takeover offer to purchase all outstanding shares in ersol Solar Energy AG.
