Hengeler Mueller advises Raymarine on Eissing acquisition

On August 20, 2007, Raymarine plc, a global leader in the supply of electronic products to the leisure marine market, announced the acquisition of H. E. Eissing KG, the sole distributor of Raymarine products in Germany.

Hengeler Mueller advised Raymarine plc on this transaction. The Hengeler Mueller team included partner Bernd Wirbel (M&A, London) and associates Christian Schwandtner (London), Christian Hoefs (Frankfurt) and Mathias Link (Frankfurt).
