Hengeler Mueller advises PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG on refinancing

Hengeler Mueller has advised PHOENIX Pharmahandel, one of the leading European pharmaceutical wholesalers, in connection with the conclusion of EUR 1.35 bn syndicated loan facilities. Thereby, the existing secured syndicated loan facilities entered into in 2010 have been fully redeemed.

The Hengeler Mueller team included partners Johannes Tieves and Nikolaus Vieten (both Financing) as well as associates Christine Messing, Jan Penselin and Jana Sichelschmidt (all Frankfurt).
