Hengeler Mueller advises KKR on takeover of WMF

A holding company controlled by funds advised by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. acquired on 6 July 2012, the majority of shareholdings in WMF Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik AG from Crystal Capital GmbH, a holding company of Capvis Equity II L.P. fund. Furthermore the company announced to make a voluntary public takeover offer to all WMF shareholders.

Hengeler Mueller is advising the acquirer.
