Hengeler Mueller advises Grammer AG on increase and prolongation of credit facility agreement

Grammer AG (Amberg), a leading supplier of automotive interior and seating systems, has increased its credit facility agreement from an amount of EUR 78.5 m to EUR 110 m and prolonged the term of the credit facility agreement by one year to 2015.

Hengeler Mueller advised Grammer AG on the increase and prolongation of the credit facility agreement. Hengeler Mueller already advised Grammer AG on the reorganisation of its group financing in 2011. In both cases, partner Ralph Defren (Frankfurt) provided legal advice.
