Hengeler Mueller advises FAZ on acquisition of Frankfurter Rundschau

The Bundeskartellamt has cleared plans by Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung GmbH respectively Frankfurter Societät GmbH, to acquire the publishing business of the daily newspaper Frankfurter Rundschau from the insolvent Druck- und Verlagshaus Frankfurt am Main.
