Hengeler Mueller advises Capvis on acquisition of Ondal Group

On 3 July 2012, the Swiss private equity firm Capvis has announced to acquire Ondal Group from Findos Investor. The purchase prise was not disclosed. The transaction is still subject to approval by German Federal Cartel Office.

The Ondal Group headquartered in Hünfeld (Hesse) is a global market leader in the production of carrier systems for medical applications.
