Hengeler Mueller advises BorgWarner on sale of BERU’s spark plug business to Federal-Mogul Corporation

On 2 July 2012, BorgWarner Inc. has announced to sell BERU’s spark plug business at manufacturing facilities in Neuhaus (Germany) and Chazelles (France) to Federal-Mogul Corporation. The closing of the transaction is still subject to approval by relevant competition authorities.

Federal-Mogul Corporation is a leading global supplier of power train and safety technology and innovation to improve fuel economy, reduce emissions and enhance vehicle safety.
