Hengeler Mueller advises Axel Springer AG on transformation into European Company

The management board of Axel Springer AG has decided to start preparations for transformation of the company into a European Company (Societas Europaea). The general meeting on 24 April 2013 will decide on the transformation upon presentation of the respective resolution proposals by the management and supervisory boards. It is intended to implement the change of legal form before the end of this year.
