Hengeler advises BOC on takeover by Linde

Linde AG has announced its plans to make a tender offer to the shareholders of The BOC Group.

Hengeler Mueller is advising The BOC Group on this tender offer in an Integrated Team with the UK partner firm Slaughter and May (Lead Partner: Frances Murphy).

Hengeler Mueller’s team is made up of partners Maximilian Schiessl, Georg Seyfarth (both Corporate/M&A), Alf-Henrik Bischke (Competition) and Johannes Tieves (Financing) in addition to associates Jan Bunnemann, John Meehan (both M&A) and Cecilia Di Ció (Capital Markets).
