Hengeler advises MSREF on acquisition of Sony Center

On February 28, 2008, MSREF acquired, together with CorpusSireo and John Buck, Sony Berlin GmbH from Sony Deutschland GmbH. Sony Berlin GmbH is the owner of the Sony Center at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin, a landmark complex encompassing eight buildings. The acquisition is subject to approval by the Land Berlin and the Federal Cartel Office.
