Hengeler Mueller advises Serrala on strategic partnership with Trinity

Serrala, an international provider of solutions for inbound and outbound payments and related finance processes, and Trinity Management Systems GmbH, provider of cloud-based treasury management systems, officially announced a strategic partnership on software distribution.

Trinity's comprehensive treasury management system is among the leading cash and treasury management solutions in the market serving more than 3,000 treasury experts in global operating companies as well as mid-sized companies from different industries. Serrala will white-label the Trinity TMS solution and offer it globally as Alevate TMS. Serrala and Trinity TMS will work together on further expanding and enhancing the functional scope of the product, including features catering to regional specificities globally. Serrala will make Alevate TMS available globally, implement the solution and provide global support for it. The solution will be available to both corporations and banks. Banks will be able to white-label the solution and sell it to their own corporate customers as part of the BCrest offering that was recently launched by Serrala.

Hengeler Mueller advised Serrala, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, comprehensively on the conclusion of the strategic partnership.
