Hengeler Mueller advises Groupe PSA on strategic partnership with Segula Technologies

Opel and Segula Technologies have signed an agreement on a strategic partnership. Segula intends to establish a European engineering campus in Rüsselsheim with up to 2,000 employees joining from the Opel Engineering Center along with facilities from the vehicle and propulsion development of Opel. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur in the second quarter of 2019.
