Hengeler Mueller advises Genpact on acquisition of Barkawi Management Consultants

Genpact, a global professional services firm listed on the New York Stock Exchange and focused on delivering digital transformation, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Barkawi Management Consultants with operations in the U.S. and Europe. Barkawi Management Consultants was established in Munich, Germany, in 1994, and specializes in supply chain management, supply chain technology and aftersales services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With the acquisition of Barkawi Management Consultants, Genpact is expanding its global supply chain management transformation expertise.

Hengeler Mueller is advising Genpact on the transaction.
