Hengeler Mueller advises Bank of America Merrill Lynch on financing of Pan-European office portfolio

Ares Management, L.P. ("Ares") has acquired a portfolio of office properties located in Germany, the Netherlands, Finland and Austria from Amundi Asset Management ("Amundi"). Bank of America Merrill Lynch has provided senior financing for the acquisition.
