Hengeler Mueller advises Accel Partners on investment in dashdash

Funds managed by Accel Partners („Accel“) have, together with other co-investors, invested in the startup company dashdash as part of a Series A financing round.

Accel is one of the large US-American Venture Capital companies. dashdash is based in Berlin and Porto (Portugal) and was founded in 2016. The product developed by the company shall enable users without programming skills to create their own interactive web apps.

Hengeler Mueller advised Accel on the transaction. The Hengeler Mueller team included partner Georg A. Frowein (Frankfurt) as well as associates Clemens Höhn (Berlin) and Loretta Lang (Frankfurt) (all M&A/Venture Capital).
