Hengeler Mueller advises Waterland on investment in Hanse Orga

Waterland Private Equity („Waterland“) is investing in finance software specialist Hanse Orga. An agreement to this effect was signed between the holding company of the owner family Lindemann and Waterland. Both shareholders intend to continue to invest in the company to finance further growth over the next years.

Hanse Orga, Hamburg, offers consulting and software solutions in the area of treasury management, working capital and bank reconciliation. The company employs approx. 270 employees at 7 locations and offers supports to 1.200 clients, among them 15 of the DAX-30 companies.
