Hengeler Mueller advises THK on acquisition of linkage and suspension business from TRW Automotive

THK, a leading manufacturer of linear motion systems for automobiles based in Japan, has announced the acquisition of the linkage and suspension business from TRW Automotive. TRW Automotive, one of the leading automotive suppliers worldwide, is listed on New York Stock Exchange. THK has been listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange since 2001.
